How to order: Add items to your cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button next to each product. When you’re done shopping, click the “Checkout” button to complete your purchase. Your transaction is safely processed via our secure server. Payment methods: The online store is able to accept credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Return: Refund or exchange within 14 days of the date of delivery. Travel Sets, perfumes, colognes, make up, hair dyes and other hair products are not accepted for return or exchange. Shipping charges on product returns are not refundable. Refund: To obtain a refund you need to email us at naturepurespa@naturepurespa.com to request a Return Instruction Letter. Refund requests will only be granted if all information is submitted within 14 days of the date of delivery. Sales Taxes: We charge applicable sales tax for orders shipped to Sales tax is automatically computed on product(s) cost. Invoice: Your invoice will be sent with your shipment. Confirmation email: You will receive confirmation email. Some email providers filter messages based on content, subject line, or the sender's address and may put your confirmation email into the a junk mail folder. Please make sure @naturepurespa.com is on your "approved sender" list and/or in your "address book."
